She wanted to showcase the active lifestyle of Capetonians and encourage women to take their training outside using free weights and the elements. Rushtush Fit App takes you on a scenic trip from the mountains to the beaches, to Biskop stairs, train anywhere, anytime with Rushda. Choose between Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Specialised as well as Pre Natal programs, you can also shift between workout plans easily throughout your subscription.
