Since 1991, Leiden has been organizing a wonderful running festival, the Leiden Marathon. And no, it's not just about the full marathon… You can also run “the half” or the 5 or 10 kilometers in Leiden. And for children there is the great kids run. This app takes you through the event, but also in the run-up to it you are served with running schedules, training runs and much more fun. With of course also a nice aftercare through photos, videos, results and much more.

The start and finish are in the middle of the historic heart of the beautiful city of Leiden, but… the royal distance also leads through the Green Heart where the inhabitants of the 9 picturesque villages make a party every year, just like the people of Leiden in Leiden itself .
